0. How can we guarantee that the coachee will go all the way?

AkeeN cannot guarantee anything but will put everything in place to keep the motivation of the coachee by a « gamification » of the profile, a progress timeline and reminder emails in case of non-connection for three weeks. In addition, experiences coaches are ready to answer within 72 hours following a request through the Tchat mode.


1. How to reassure the employee about the privacy policy?

AkeeN protects the privacy of its users by complying with existing regulations. Thus, AkeeN is a company in compliance with the GDPR. The privacy policy has been developed to provide you with the best information on AkeeN application of personal data protection in connection with the use of its platform. In addition, we are required to amend this policy on a regular basis to keep us with the evolution of our services and your rights. Any update will be posted prominently on our page.

From the begining of the journey, it is asked to the coachee to sign : 

"The user of the AkeeN site acknowledges that he has the skills and means to access and use this site. The AkeeN site is compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act, which came into effect on June 21, 2018. At all times, the user has the right to access, modify, correct and delete the data that concerns him. Data are collected for professional mobility purpose. At each step, data are automatically backed up and processed, allowing personalized results. All along the journey, only the user will have access to his/her data unless he/she agrees to open the last step to Human Resources department, a user's consent will be required at the end of the journey. Data will be globalized and used for statistical purposes for the organization. No individual data will be used without the individual's prior consent. After 12 months of non-use of the platform, all data will be deleted from the AkeeN database. We also are committed not to use the emails of your referrers in no circumstances."
